Project-ABC is led by Linda Paulauska (or simply Linda Paula) - a people-first professional with over 15 years of experience built from the ground up. Her background spans social education, human psychology, pedagogy, and organizational management, all anchored by a highly specialized focus on service design.
Linda has always been drawn to human connection. She has interviewed hundreds of people for various purposes - conducting academic research, helping businesses and organizations improve their operations for users, and gathering life stories to inform the public through media. Her work reflects a deep, ongoing commitment to understanding people, researching behavior, and turning interview insights into useful material for the specific target audience and needs. Most importantly, she excels at turning raw interview insights into valuable, actionable material - whether for academic literature, internal organizational strategy, or public media.
Beyond her research, Linda is an accomplished project lead who has successfully implemented numerous innovation initiatives, spanning from mental health and education-oreinted programs to innovation projects for regional municipalities. She has a strong track record of securing funding and working as a successful grant writer to bring innovative ideas to life.
She serves as a trusted partner in global activities, frequently joining universities around the world as a guest lecturer and speaking at international events on service design and/or international education opportunities. As a natural advocate, she regularly represents organizations in the public sphere and actively drives the growth of international partnerships.
True to her people-first nature, Linda is deeply passionate about team well-being. She takes on roles to care for her colleagues and community members, organizing valuable professional development activities and ensuring that the people behind the projects also thrive.
Combining a rigorous academic foundation with a creative mind and a strong sense of responsibility, she approaches work and life with a clear motto: bring light wherever you go. Linda gets things done always with empathy and clarity at the core.
